KAYA K90
The KAYA 90 is our flagship KAYA model, delivering a smooth, powerful and focused sound that connects you intimately with your music. This three-way floorstanding speaker incorporates our most advanced audio technology within a slim, understated form that effortlessly integrates into your living space, allowing you to simply enjoy the pleasure of listening.
Rich pedigree
Like all KAYA series products, the KAYA 90 shares its DNA with our GIYA loudspeakers. This familial connection is immediately apparent in the KAYA 90’s fluid, curved contours. But it is your ears that will truly confirm their common heritage. KAYA
The KAYA 90 derives its name from its substantial internal volume of 90 litres. Combined with its four patented recoil-eliminating units and conical tube loading technology (the same technology we pioneered in the GIYA), this endows the KAYA 90 with astonishing clarity and bass performance.
Design
The curved bass-reflex horn is the defining external feature of our GIYA loudspeakers. Like all our products, its design stems from unquestionable engineering principles: it absorbs resonance and colouration, allowing you to hear every note with precision and clarity. Yet we readily acknowledge that such avant-garde aesthetics may not appeal to everyone.
The 90 retains the horn for the same reasons and delivers the same benefits. The difference lies in its inward-folding design, which forms an arc within the cabinet. Consequently, the KAYA 90 offers the same resonance-free mid-to-low frequency sound quality in a slimmer, more understated form. Its sleeker, more discreet appearance makes it more readily accepted.
Deep Understanding
Many conventional three-way loudspeakers may treat the bass, midrange and treble drivers as separate components within the soundstage. The KAYA 90 is designed to avoid this. We employ all-aluminium drivers and crossovers, each developed and manufactured in-house, ensuring completely seamless transitions between drivers.
We have also positioned the tweeter within a shallow waveguide, directing sound forward rather than allowing it to disperse laterally. Ultimately, this achieves perfect sonic continuity, delivering a more focused listening experience unaffected by the room’s acoustic environment.
