Aqueous Diamond
The Aqueous series signal cables are a continuation of the Aqueous Aureus, which was first introduced five years ago and was among the earliest cables to use Contego (a specific blend of Fluid and Ferox). The Diamond Revision of Aqueous further enhances the performance of the Fluid–Ferox composite. With reinforced alloy conductors and exquisite handcrafting, Aqueous Aureus delivers a richly detailed and nuanced sound that stands out among products in its price range. As part of Purist Audio Design’s Diamond Upgrade program, we have redesigned and substantially improved the RCA connectors, using beryllium copper and increasing the thickness of the gold plating. In addition, we have greatly upgraded the XLR connectors, also employing beryllium copper and gold‑plating the pins.
